Complete the following steps to review laboratory results:

  1. Select the section for which you want to review results. An expanded view displays the three most recent laboratory results from the last three years for each result category. Icons and colored text indicate results that are outside of normal ranges.
  2. Select a result category, such as Chloride, to open a category detail view with a trend graph and list of results on the right. A list of other result categories is displayed on the left.
  3. A triangle is displayed next to a result that has been modified. You can select a modified result to view its history, and you can select a specific instance of the result to view details for it.
  4. Select a specific result to open the result detail view.

    Note

Rich Text Format (RTF) comments are not supported in this view. If an RTF comment is included and cannot be converted to plain text, a system message is displayed in place of the comment.

    • For numeric results, normalcy indicators are displayed as appropriate when a result value falls outside the normal reference range.
    • For alpha results, normal reference text is displayed with a description of the result value.
