  • Overview of the Intake and Output Cloud Component
Skip to end of metadata
Go to start of metadata
The version of this page that you are viewing is the most current, approved content.

The Intake and Output cloud component displays a graph of intake and output information for a specific encounter or across encounters, depending on your site's settings. Information for the seven most recent days is displayed, with a different bar graph representing the intake and output totals for each day. Selecting a bar graph allows you to view more detailed intake and output information for that day.

The net intake and output balance value for each day is displayed below the day's bar graph, and the patient's most recent weight for the day is displayed below the net balance value.

A line graph overlays the bar graph with points plotted for each daily net balance value to help you track trends over time.

Note

  • The component displays only volume-based results, and it does not disclose individual data entries.
  • An asterisk (*) displayed next to a date indicates that it is not a 24-hour day; for example, the start or end of daylight saving time (DST).
