Complete the following steps to complete an on-demand video visit:

  1. From the Incomplete Visits list, select the patient for whom you want to complete a video visit. The Patient Information view is displayed.
  2. In the Patient Information view, select Waive the Fee for This Visit if you want to waive the fee for the video visit.

  3. Select Complete. The patient is moved from the Incomplete Visits list to the Completed Visits list.

    Note

    You can also select Complete in the On-Demand Video Visits MPages view accessed from the patient's chart.
