Complete the following steps to add an addendum to a patient-related message or reminder that has been previously saved to the patient's chart:

  1. Select Add on the toolbar and select Add Addendum to display the Add Addendum view.
  2. Add your addendum text by typing, dictating, or using automatic text phrases. You must enter text before you can save the addendum.

  3. Select Save to save your addendum. You are returned to the detail view with the addendum details displayed, including the date and time the addendum was created, the name of the user who created the addendum, and the addendum text.
